Job Description

In your role you will be supporting the EMEA Marketing team with their daily tasks and projects. You will be providing support to all aspects of the marketing process from administrative to design and organizational tasks. This will allow you to be part of a dynamic and innovative team and to gain comprehensive insight to the marketing activities. We are looking forward to meeting you.

Responsibilities
  • Digital and print advertising content creation and support.
  • Support creating product and promotional material.
  • Management support for major International exhibitions and trade fairs.
  • Work with Marketing Product Managers to support the Marketing team needs.
  • Support Marketing administration needs
  • Support for markets and distributors trainings meetings.
  • Assist with coordination of speakers and key opinion leader meetings.
  • Assist the launch of new products to market.
  • Support regional Masimo & distributors trainings and communication.
Education And Experience Requirements
  • Good presentation, organization and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop (Adobe suite).
  • HTML and CSS Coding skills
  • Fluent in English. German and French are an asset.
  • Marketing degree. A first Marketing experience with an int’l company is an advantage.
  • Swiss citizen or valid Swiss working permit.
