Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing intern with strong writing, and digital document management skills who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wishes to work as part of a qualified team to gain valuable experience in a leading medical technology company.

Marketing intern responsibilities include preparing, managing and archiving documents for our projects and ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in preparing documents or digital catalogue from scratch along with the ability to review technical documents. Ultimately, the resource will support our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.

Reporting to the Tender Manager

Responsibilities
  • Develop technical documents or content starting from scratch
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
  • Check for accuracy and edit files if needed
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
  • Create templates for future use
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients (when needed)
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
Education And Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
  • Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Familiarity with MedTech Industry
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Familiarity in document management
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or other tools to create new documents or content
  • Data organization skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
