We are currently hiring for a Marketing Intern (all genders)to support our Business Unit Rare Diseases & Oncolog in our office in Zurich Opfikon.

This opportunity offers a fix-term contract for the duration of 6 months.

As a Marketing Intern you support our Brand- and Customer Managers, Business Unit Heads and cross-functional teams with their projects and initiatives. This will include, but is not limited to project management, co-organization of congresses and other events, co-creation and preparation of marketing and sales materials.

Your tasks in detail:

• Obtain Promotional material approval across the respective product portfolio: submission and referencing in Promomats,

• internal stakeholders for assigned projects: medical affairs, regulatory, market access ensuring alignment on project goals,

• Brand-and Customer Manager (BCM) on training material,

• Creating and updating of abbreviated prescribing information of all portfolio products,

• Implement multi-channel solutions including digital, mailings & newsletter, media & PR activities for all customers line with the strategic plan and compliance,

• letters, digital invites, creative agency and setting up with digital agency including Promomats approval,

• BCM and market access manager to develop the reimbursement document to support Art.71 for products where applicable,

• Support the creation of promotional and non-promotional training materials for the sales force such as story flows across product portfolio,

• duties, including timely processing of purchase orders, contracts, and accounting; close collaboration with finance where applicable.

Your profile:

• PhD educated in a life science or natural science discipline, OR Economics

• Computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, project management and E-mail and presentation software

• Business fluency in German and English
