  • Your mission at Climeworks is to lead our big idea concepts and annual campaigns, creating a 360-marketing toolbox including content and media planning.
  • You manage our campaigns end-to-end, on time and budget, all while staying focused on the strategy and vision.
  • You define the strategy for B2C partners and engage in partnership scouting, creating high impact pitch documents and presenting them to our identified strategic partners.
  • You lead and execute partnership programs, including working with team members on marketing activations.
  • You develop the VIP concept to leverage existing customers and position us in strategic situations to reach UHNWI’s.
  • You manage key internal and external stakeholders, including potential customers and partner..
  • You provide weekly & monthly assessments.
  • You stay up-to-date with all relevant latest direct air capture and carbon removal trends and submerge yourself within the climate change industry.

  • You have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business or Strategy.
  • You have between 7 and 10 years of work experience in marketing, strategy and/or business development.
  • You are a creative marketer with an eye for design, able to transform ideas into visually pleasing content.
  • You are a project manager at heart and able to lead teams and presentations with confidence and flair.
  • You are a strategic thinker, with experience in content creation, story-telling and summarizing complex topics in simple concepts.
  • You effectively collaborate cross-functionally, with an outstanding ability to think creatively, identifying and resolving problems.
  • You have an ability to perform in high-paced environments, acting with high levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation.
