THE JOB

Being a part of the Swiss team and the Central Europe Marketing team, you and your Junior Marketing Manager will be focusing locally on managing and controlling of all marketing measures in the areas of performance and content marketing, as well as CRM and branding. You can call on a team of specialists within the Central Europe and International Marketing Team. You should proactively contribute your ideas and help shaping the strategic planning.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You actively contribute and implement the local and international marketing strategy and measures.

Responsible for the coordination of various project-related sponsoring and advertising services.

You are responsible of working with external agencies and other stakeholders and you act as an interface between Sales, Operations, Central Europe and International Marketing.

Together with the marketing team you are developing marketing plans and proactively contributing your expertise. You are constantly in touch with our promoter clients and you are always closely aligned with our sales team and you are in charge of managing big projects.

You always keep the overview of current and upcoming projects, understand users‘ and customers’ needs.

Competitor monitoring and deriving options for action.

Also, you are helping in the daily business and are supporting operative work in performance marketing (search-, display-, social media), content marketing/ SEO/social media, CRM and all reach and brand awareness as well as seasonal campaigns.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW | YOU

You are experienced in Marketing (3+ years) customer or agency side and successfully completed your studies with a focus on Marketing/Communication.

You have a high affinity for e-commerce, online marketing and web services and excel in marketing project management. You have a passion for music & the live industry and enjoy the working in the field of concerts, theatre and sports.

You are experienced working in an international company and are willing to travel internationally.

You enjoy working on a strategic level, but you are not afraid of being hands on and helping with operative day-to-day business tasks. You are a marketing allrounder and you are experienced in the fields of social media, CRM and content management.

You have a creative mind; enjoy writing texts and briefings and you have an excellent feeling for design. Ideally who have been working with several design programs in the past already (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator).

You have structured way of working; you are thorough and a detail lover, but you never lose focus. You can work under pressure; you have excellent time and project management skills. You are solution-orientated and a communication expert.

Very good Swiss German, French and English skills are required. Other languages, especially Italian is an advantage. You have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
