About this opportunity

Reporting to the Associate Director Practice Development, the Practice Marketing Manager EMEA will be responsible for driving the practice marketing, Patient engagement and Practice Development plans and tactics, and support developing key programmes that maximize the potential of integrating the Invisalign System (and iTero Intra-Oral Scanner) into practices to drive practice growth, productivity and ultimately deliver a 5* patient experience.

The Product Manager will work closely with the consumer, clinical education and commercial teams to deliver integrated programs that address the needs of the Invisalign Provider, practice staff and patients. The product manager will contribute to the continued growth of the EMEA business and will support our goal of being a trusted and valued partner for all Invisalign Providers; engaging, training and supporting them to deliver an optimal Invisalign patient journey. The Product manager will also lead creation of materials and support the strategy and plans of the Practice Development team (EMEA and Markets).

The position will also be responsible for working with agency partners and ensure integration across all sales and marketing functions and across multiples markets.

Full time, based in Rotkreuz,ZG, Switzerland 20-30% travel

In this role, you will…

  • Support the development and implementation of EMEA Partnership & Practice Development strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to develop programs and initiatives to support:
  • In practice patient conversion
  • Practice productivity and efficiency
  • Optimal patient experience
  • Develop of Practice marketing collateral & resources & tailored activities to support patient engagement and practice digitization
  • Develop key digital assets for the sales team in collaboration with different product managers
  • Understand European and local market trends, practice and patient needs, and requirements.
  • Work with Global, EMEA marketing agencies to create innovative assets for the practice
  • Work with local sales, marketing and Practice development market leads to prepare teams, develop solutions and implement activities successfully
  • Tailored activities to support patient engagement and practice digitization

In this role, you’ll need …

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track-record with 3-6 years of Marketing experience. Healthcare marketing and/or Consumer, trade and retail marketing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing/business
  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels in an organization (matrix)
  • Strong Communicational skills (writing, oral, & presentation)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills for business analysis
  • Strong marketing background, preferable also sales background
  • Show initiative, take action & maintain ownership of projects
  • Understand cost/benefit relationships
  • Focus on customers’ needs and market drivers
  • Drive for results
  • Expert in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills
