Lead EU country cluster marketing strategy and tactics for general cardiologists audience:
  • Market research/audience insights gathering
  • Creation/definition of new cross functional programs
  • Offline & online channels activation
  • Definition of new customer engagement models

This role works in close proximity with a range of cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience onboarding, aligning, and managing stakeholders as well as building relationships across a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build deep expertise to be the subject matter expert on the barriers and challenges of general cardiologists in the timely referral of aortic stenosis patients
  • Develop strategy for increased adoption of key technology across main countries by referring cardiologists
  • Build and maintain contact with KOLs
  • Build and execute programs designed to improve the referral pathway for patients under the care of general cardiologist to the Heart Team.
  • Lead development production of marketing and therapy training materials
  • Represent the voice of the European team as audience lead when collaborating with the sales team as well as global teams.
  • Other incidental duties

Education and Experience:
  • Biomedical / Medical / Business education with a strong experience in healthcare. MBA a nice to have
  • 7-10 years experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience required;
  • Preferred: consulting for medical device / pharma industry, strategy, marketing, training & development

Additional Skills:
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying novel programs improving the patient pathway
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving , critical thinking, project management
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, as well as interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management to drive achievement of objectives
  • Ability to interact and influence across all organizational levels: working closely with cross-functional team, as well as managing needs and messaging to upper management. Proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
  • Ability to assess and understand market share, sales trends, pricing, competitive dynamics
  • Possess a fundamental clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies

Other considerations:
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
