ROLE SUMMARY
This role will focus on your project skills rather than Marketing or Sales skills but if you have both it would be a distinct advantage as you understand Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and the supply chain.

Your project management and great communication skills will be needed as you handle complexity around having numerous projects at one time managing multiple stakeholders across the region

Ideally, you’ll have worked previously in an FMCG company but if you have project management experience this is not strictly necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage projects by yourself to contribute to portfolio expansion across countries and to protect our base portfolio from regulatory challenges.

• Within each project you lead, you will:

• Coordinate and collect input/feedback from local markets and support functions to ensure full alignment cross-functional and cross-countries
• Help deliver artwork changes to hit the required in-market shipment times from markets
• Coordinate regulatory aspects of the project with Global Safety Assessment and Regulatory Affairs (GSARA) function
• Provide regular updates to Categories & Countries to ensure launch dates are on track.

• Be the owner of the category portfolio overview and project tracking to keep all teams accountable and updated.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar.

• Minimum of 12 months experience gained in Marketing or Sales.

• Very good Project Management Skills.

• Fluent in English, and ideally another European language.

• Strong Excel and Office knowledge.

• Strong team player and coordinator with very good communication skills both written/verbally.

• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and drive for results.

• Able to build relationships at all levels and across functions in an ambiguous environment.

• High degree of autonomy.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and fast decision-making skills.

• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong and professional under pressure with consistent attention to detail.

• Demonstrate initiative, dynamism
