As a Marketing Project Manager HoReCa, you will deploy and lead key projects within the HoReCa marketing strategy implementation for the market segment hotels, restaurants, fine dining, cafés and bakeries. As such, you will actively contribute to the positioning of the Nespresso Professional brand in the management of the product portfolio. In this position you will drive and timely execute the global strategic calendar, as well as the direct-to-customer local marketing plan across the entire HoReCa addressable market.

A day in the life of a Marketing Project Manager HoReCa

  • Ensure performant & consistent messaging of the value proposition in every touchpoint of the value chain: brand building, lead generation, online, events, sales tools, point of consumption material, etc.
  • Develop and monitor the customer lifetime value for HoReCa through database activation and customer lifecycle communication management in collaboration with the Customer center and CRM teams
  • Develop relationships with selected external agencies to push strategic agenda
  • Be responsible for selected campaign & new coffee launches from strategy to deployment and Pre-post Analysis, and act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • In charge of lead generation campaigns that support HoReCa initiatives and business objectives, including commercial offers in collaboration with the HoReCa Sales Manager
  • Work in close collaboration with media team and sales force as well as with our customers to understand the needs and challenges to address and turn findings into concrete actions
  • Leverage Nespresso’s fine dining and gastronomy initiatives (across B2B and B2C) to increase brand credentials in the HoReCa segment and reinforce Nespresso’s positioning across points of contact with the target group, such as fairs and events
  • Create internal relations with HQ and other Nespresso markets to continuously identify best practices and provide inputs on the swiss market needs, learnings and best practices

What Will Make You Successful
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in hospitality management, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
  • More than 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales operations with successful delivery on KPIs ideally in a premium branding environment
  • Experience in complex project management with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to energize others and develop partnerships
  • Analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, problem solving mindset
  • Ability to initiate and implement solutions for customers
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Fluent in English, French and German is mandatory for this position
