Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and develop marketing materials
  • Conduct research and gather data to support marketing efforts
  • Support the management of social media accounts and content creation
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing materials and files
  • Assist in the planning and organization of events as needed

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, entry-level (and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred)
  • Fluency in English and French, German a plus
  • Good understanding of marketing and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Based in Zurich or Geneva, Switzerland, Travel to other offices might be required occasionally
