This is a hybrid role with a primary focus on Marketing but with significant room for growth in Sales.

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Specialist with a proven track record of managing and implementing marketing initiatives as well as actively supporting sales activities.

Marketing

Marketing’s primary focus will be driving lead generation as well as awareness within our industry. We expect you to take full ownership of all marketing initiatives. This includes managing and coordinating external resources as well as creating various types of content in-house.

You will be involved in
  • Converting AnswerModules’ objectives and marketing budget into measurable initiatives.
  • Identifying and establishing a trusted relationship with an external agency. The agency will become the operational arm of AnswerModules’ marketing. You will liaison all activities and communication with the agency.
  • Working closely with the Sales and Product teams to identify what content is needed.
  • Creating some content in-house such as social posts, one-page brochures, presentations ecc.
  • Coordinating digital and in-person events such as webinars, user-group meetings, ecc.
  • Fine-tuning marketing initiatives so they are aligned with sales objectives.
  • Measuring performance metrics on a regular basis in order to optimize activities.
Sales

Your role will be to support the Sales team’s activities. This includes
  • Assisting in preparing or processing commercial offers and contracts
  • Reviewing the weekly pipeline and reporting changes
  • Managing any issues or questions related to customers’ renewals
  • Helping to maintain up-to-date and relevant information on the CRM system
Once the necessary skills have been demonstrated you will be tasked with directly managing your own opportunities and pipeline. This primarily entails managing opportunities from start-to-WIN including the coordination of pre-sales activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role
  • 4 years of progressive marketing experience in B2B software, ideally within the EMEA or international market. Has also gained some experience in Sales or Administrative roles
  • Is fluent and proficient in English (ideally C1 or mother tongue) both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered a plus
  • Has excellent writing, research, and copywriting skills.
  • Is experienced and effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Is up to date with current marketing techniques and has working knowledge of common video and graphics editing tools.
  • Will be willing to travel when permissible
