Purpose

Accountable to partnering with dermatology and rheumatology marketing leaders and sales managers to co-create operational plans and drive excellent execution of marketing plans to drive volume growth across dermatology and rheumatology in Switzerland. The marketing to sales integrator will also coordinate the communication and training to sales representatives.

This role will provide the opportunity to work across different functions and help shape our customer facing organization’s execution as we bring innovative solutions to dermatology and rheumatology HCPs and patients. Must deliver optimal customer experiences. This role is based in Geneva as a part of the Swiss Affiliate, open to remote working in Switzerland and will report to Biomedicines BU Lead Switzerland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivers on partnering with dermatology and rheumatology leads to translate marketing strategies into clear execution plans and timelines, focusing on integration of strategic capabilities like VBS and NBA/NBE
  • Works cross-functionally to positively contribute to an inclusive and patient centric team focused on ensuring strong focus on volume growth
  • Drives clarity in prioritization by minimizing bureaucracy to focus on what matters most.

Patients
  • Operates with high integrity, complies with Lilly policies and procedures, external legal and compliance requirements
  • Works cross-functionally to deliver clear customer plan focused on key priorities to helping patients.
Performance
  • Leads strong cross-functional collaboration to shape drive HCP customer engagement across our dermatology and rheumatology portfolio
    • Coordinates implementation of marketing plans with a strong focus on omnichannel and P2P/eP2P
    • Leads communication with sales force
    • Coordinates sales training (marketing messages, marketing materials, competitors’ landscape).
  • Partners with brand leaders and sales managers to drive employee engagement and focus on key priorities
  • Communication with BU lead, dermatology and rheumatology leads and Sales Mangers to understand opportunities to enhance performance
    • Develops insights from data into decision making (e.g., quarterly metrics review and action plans).
    • Devises acceleration or course corrections as needed, to achieve /exceed planned results
    • Strives for excellence in not only the results but also how the results are achieved.
    KEY COMPETENCIES

    Qualifications: Pharmaceutical / marketing / sales / medical/scientific or equivalent education.

    • Experience marketing and/or sales in dermatology and/or rheumatology brand in any of the above capacities
    • Has excellent organizational skills; able to manage workload, set personal and team priorities and adjust as needed. Prioritizes and can work under pressure and to meet tight and competing deadlines.
    • Shows strong communication and teambuilding skills; able to develop effective teamwork and influence across multiple stakeholders with diverse interpersonal styles; able to deliver effective coaching and feedback
