ROLE PROFILE

Richemont has a strong ambition to transition to a New Retail business model which will be heavily powered by Big Data. In this context, the Group has established a global data strategy which is currently being implemented. In particular, the Group is investing in state-of-the-art cloud-based data architecture and infrastructure which is hosting multiple data projects of its Maisons and entities.

To become a data-driven company, the Group must build trusted data assets. Providing consistent and high-quality data to our data science teams will allow to unlock the power of data and develop new business models.

As a Master Data Analyst Intern, you will participate in supporting the Global MDM framework by improving one of Richemont most critical assets: Master Data (clients, products, vendors, etc), which are key to ensure all our business reports and predictions are consistent.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You Will Focus On

You will work with the Richemont Data Office team, Group Data Tech, Data Domain Leads, and Richemont’s data champions ensuring Global Master Data integrity and quality in Maisons and Group Functions.
  • Master Data methods and processes
  • Develop and maintain documentation on Master Data records to support data collection and ensure master data integrity in key systems
  • Assist the business in defining and improving processes related to Master Data
  • Data Quality improvement
  • Identify data quality issues impacting Maisons and Group Functions
  • Define use cases to solve according to their business value in collaboration with the Maisons or Group functions
  • Analyze the data in order to assess the data quality of the Master Data records
  • Support the data quality improvement by coordinating data cleansing and recommend correction processes to prevent future inconsistencies and missing/duplicate data.
  • Build data quality dashboards
  • Define data quality KPI in collaboration with the business
  • Generate reports, dashboards and scorecards to monitor and drive quality improvement initiatives

Who You Are

  • Graduating/Graduated from Engineering or Business School (Master in Information Systems or similar)
  • An active listener, curious and organized with strong interest in data and analytics
  • Detail oriented
  • Fluent English, French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud or SQL skills a plus
  • Experience with SAP a plus
