We are looking for someone who will contribute to developing and establishing master data management practices in IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program. As part of the Information Management team in the Supply Data & Technology department, you will drive collaboration across OFP Programteams on master data, providing technical and functional leadership. Together with your peers across Inter IKEA, you will be defining and implementing policies, controls and programs to secure data quality, accessibility and re-usability. You will also drive continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing of best practices, methodologies, tools and materials across the Master Data Management community.

More specifically, in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Lead one Master Data Domain like Business Partner or Material Master for the OFP Platform (IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program)
• Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer
• Build, lead and inspire the community on a given master data domain, bringing passion and expertise on data management practices, data modelling and supply chain business processes
• Contribute to building and delivering for the given master data domain vision, principles and guidelines for IKEA Supply. Ensure that the business value connected to master data management is well understood and used in the decision-making process
• Embed the master data domain practices in the OFP Platform in IKEA Supply, working proactively with product / applications teams and ultimately help to developing a data culture
• Active member of the Inter IKEA Master Data Management area of expertise, fostering a culture of support, collaboration, can do attitude and continuous improvement.

In this role you will report to our Information Management Manager at IKEA Supply and work closely with the teams for Supply Architecture, Supply Data & Analytics and the Order & Finance Platform Team (IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program).

You will lead a master data domain like business partner or material master for the Order and Finance Platform (IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program)and secure that defined data and information principles are followed.

We expect you to have good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, IT in general and digital organizations, strategies and working methods and a solid experience and track record in information management, master data management or data domain management. You have had hands on experience in managing data and information in Franchisor and/or global Application landscapes in supply chain environments. Ideally you also have had exposure in building and managing master data management communities, introducing the necessary solutions and balancing business needs with IT capabilities and developments. Embracing agile practices and ways of working in an entrepreneurial environment is to your advantage.
