Media & Brand Communication Trainee

Working together closely with the International Media Manager and the International Brand Communication Manager you will be working on developing the global media strategy and implementing global campaigns for the Maison, guiding the local teams with their media planning. You will also be helping to develop packs of assets for festivities and product launches, creating content for newsletters and leading competitive analysis. Your responsibilities in more detail will include:

Media:
Support on the yearly media planning process, incl. strategy and annual media guidelines to the local teams and annual briefing to the media agency
Support the local teams on day-to-day requests, circulate meeting minutes including key deliverables and timelines
Review all new media opportunities based on brand guidelines
Liaise with creative team to provide assets
Support on the development and execution of global campaigns
Always on social retargeting campaigns: analyze the performances and update the assets to improve the efficiency of the campaigns
Search (SEA) : analyze the performances and build action plan to improve the performances
Maintain and update the competitive review for the communication department

Brand communication:
Build deep dive analysis of main competitors and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen our communication strategies
Deliver assets celebrating key cultural moments
Lead one product launch toolbox
Support creation of newsletters and other CRM assets (provide copy, brief visual content and check final execution)

YOUR PROFILE:
You are currently studying for a marketing or Business degree and ideally have a first experience in digital communication and are familiar with Google ads, Social ads
You are curious about the digital advertising world and comfortable with data analysis
You are extremely organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
We expect high attention to detail
You are a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
You easily make connections to other people and like working in a cross-functional team environment.
You master the Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
You are entirely fluent in English (French or any other languages are welcome)
What could make a difference for this internship: A Previous experience in luxury and/or watches, Knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem, experience in copy writing
