The Red Bull Graduate Programme in Switzerland begins July 2023. If accepted, you will get the chance to work with our highly professional teams for 18 months and show us your capabilities. Your delivery and contribution during the program will shape the scope of your future at Red Bull.

In Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated talent as Media Network Graduate. In this function, you will support the Red Bull Media Network team in all upcoming tasks and projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication

As a Media Network Graduate, you will support the communication team with various tasks such as project management, preparation of the ESO (Earned, Social, Owned channels) activity plan for events, athletes/artists projects, product communication and implementation of media relations.

Programming

You will be responsible for introducing and optimizing digital strategies in connection with Red Bull’s projects and channels, as well as defining content requirements. You will actively support our Channel Manager in the processing and activation of Owned Channels (redbull.com, Red Bull TV, The Red Bulletin). Furthermore, you will work closely with our Social Media Specialist in the processing and activation of managed channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).

Content

You will have insights into our content team with a responsibility in creating content pieces for specific audiences and media channels.

Project-related tasks

Project management and various administrative tasks related to projects of the Red Bull Media Network team round up your field of responsibilities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Proven excellence in your academic life to date resulting in a Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in Marketing, New Media or Communication (completed before July 2023)
  • Proven extra-curricular achievements and a history of pursuing personal passions
  • Work experience in the field of Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communication is essential (e.g. internships)
  • Distinctive organizational skills, conceptual and strategic thinking as well as analytical flair
  • Mother tongue German with very good language skills in English, French is a plus
