About Our Client

Our client, an internationally renowned Pharmaceutical company is recruiting. On its behalf we are now looking for an experienced Medical Research Operations Manager (d/f/m) available immediately for Zug area, to support their international Worldwide Medical Operations team till June 2023.

Depending on the selected candidate’s performance and motivation, there is a possibility of an extension or a permanent take over.

Job Description

The Medical Research Manager will be responsible for the following task areas:
  • Support all project management activities for data generation projects as assigned
  • Operationalize data generation projects in close collaboration with the Program Lead: Review committee coordination, contracting, study management team formation, publication support, filing, milestones and budget
  • Provide regular updates to internal clinical trial management system for departmental projects, and compile reports from the system
  • Act as a key point of contact between Medical Research Operations group and the external research stakeholders and partners
  • Support the Associate Director Medical Research Operations Study Management with tracking and update of the medical dashboard
The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health related field
  • 7+ years of clinical research experience with minimum of 5+ years of CRO/Sponsor Project Management
  • Preference for experience with late phase, post-market, and observational clinical research
  • Strong Project Management skills including risk assessment and contingency planning
  • Strong oral and written skills in English
  • Neuroscience or rare disease experience is a plus
