The Plan Process & System Analyst role supports the Supply Chain Plan organization to improve planning capabilities by driving value realization from existing investments, and by prioritizing and implementing ongoing enhancements for continuous improvement.

The position has a global scope, with responsibilities for all franchises within MedTech Supply Chain that are using the platform assigned to the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with global MedTech Supply Chain teams to identify, rationalize, and prioritize the desired process & systems improvements intended to strengthen planning capabilities.
  • Support a Global PLAN community for the appropriate function (Demand, Supply, etc.) and platform (OMP/Manugistics/Demantra/APO/etc.)
  • Ensure all assigned system solutions are consistently meeting the needs of the MedTech PLAN community, taking action to address break-fix issues while also managing efforts to improve business capabilities via system improvements where applicable.
  • Provide proactive, concise, and pertinent communications to partners, peers and end-users for critical updates related to planning systems.
  • Organize and lead workshops to support investigation / alignment work.
  • Govern operational stability of legacy processes and tools to ensure appropriate business process execution where applicable.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
  • Focus degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience in system or process change projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the planning processes and functions of end-to-end planning processes required.
  • High-level Microsoft Office Applications knowledge is required & Proficiency with Microsoft Project & Visio is preferred.
  • Knowledge of planning systems, such as Manugistics, OMP+ and APO is required.
  • Good communication skills is required
  • PMP, FPX, Green Belt or equivalent certifications is preferred.
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM or CIRM) is preferred.

Other
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills is required.
  • Available for up to 15% of time for domestic travel is required.
