Position Overview

To strengthen our International Merchandising Operations (IMO) and Fulfilment & Business Operations teams in Geneva, we are looking for an IMO Associate to partner with several departments (Sourcing, Merchandising & Planning, Production, Customer Service, Warehouse) to secure best service to customers while maximizing Cross-Dock DC operations and to monitor and define actions to ensure the best Demand - Supply on key selected customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

International Merchandising Operations

Procurement

Demand-Supply match analysis down to Customer specific needs.

Support on Buys & procurement plan

Develop and implement concise operational models to aid in decision making

Define and analyse on customers timely inbound requirements

Provide analytical support, to ensure optimized supply plan to reach order fulfilment

Deliveries tracking and inbound

Analyse and manage stock delivery reports

Ensure stock delivery reports are timely available, indicate where delivery slides occur & propose alternatives.


Reporting & tracking

Ensure readiness of analysis & reports assigned

Purchase Order Split

Reconciliations


Fulfilment/Business Operations

Supply demand match monitoring across shared inventory

Following up on Inbound and outbound exception management (issues, priorities..)

KPI Measure On time delivery performance vs Customer forecast

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

§ Consolidated knowledge of Supply Chain & Inventory management

§ Operational knowledge of allocation and shipment processes

§ Strong analytical skills

§ High degree of computer literacy, especially MS Excel (V-lookups, formulas, pivot tables), Power Point (presentation) + SAP knowledge

§ Fluent in reading, speaking and writing in English. Other languages a plus

  • Team-oriented with the ability to positively influence
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all areas of the business

§ Efficient time management, organizational ability and capacity to meet deadlines

§ Flexible mind-set

§ Ability to work independently and in a team environment under little supervision

§ Attention to detail & work accuracy
