The main purpose of the role is to improve general productivity on our assembly lines by analyzing methods and systematization and to manage projects on the operational site.

We are looking forward to the application of juniors/ recent graduates, too.

Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Analyze existing processes in the Production, and particularly on all the assembly lines (Operations)
  • Support the team to implement standards and methods processes to improve general efficiency
  • Update or create the necessary documentation
  • Ensure that the packaging specifications for all our products are conform and optimal
  • Manage tool projects (manufacturing, repair or improvement) through all stages starting from request stage until SOP
  • Receive and manage all kinds of RFQs
  • Contribute to the extension of tool standards and skills throughout Europe sites (e.g.: tools maintenance)
  • Improve general communication among the company’s production sites concerning Tool Shop
  • Identify the possibilities and support the continuous improvement

Our requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering)
  • Industrial experience with some notion of automation (automotive industry experience is an asset)
  • Fluency in English and French, German language is a plus
  • Autonomous, organized personality with a critical mind
  • Ability to motivate people and take initiatives
