Das Ziel der Position:We are looking for a Software Engineer - Mobile with a strong desire to move things and innovate. You are eager to learn new skills and to innovate to help Alpian stay on the leading edge of digital private banking. You should be heavily motivated by both our banking platform and our mobile technology stack. This is a unique opportunity to build Switzerland’s first digital private bank and to rethink how banking is done in 2023 leveraging the latest mobile and cloud technologies.
Alpian’s mission is to make banking and investing easy, transparent, familiar and always meaningful. We do this via an awesome digital and personalized client experience. As a Software Engineer - Mobile at Alpian, we expect you to ensure that you always have high quality in mind, and you will be researching UI and UX trends, updating current applications, and working with colleagues to brainstorm innovative ideas for new applications. You will actively participate in every aspect of software development and collaborate with backend software engineers, graphic designers, and user experience designers, plus our banking specialists.
You are highly motivated, result driven, and you like the details. You have a high sense of code ownership, constantly learning and enhancing your skills and understanding of computer science. You are pragmatic, open to feedback, accountable, and a team player. We look forward to hearing from you!

Jobübersicht:
  • Design, implement, deliver and validate features in the bank’s mobile applications
  • Work with other engineers to brainstorm new applications.
  • Participate to the mobile applications architecture, design and development best practices
  • Help with L3 support requests coming to the team
  • Participate in the mobile technology roadmap together with your peers and architects
  • Help setting up proper mobile analytics
  • Work with the agile mindset and participate actively to the different ceremonials


Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich:Requirements and skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of relevant computer languages for Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
  • Experience with mobile SDKs and MVVM architectures.
  • Experience with Dart and Flutter
  • A portfolio of applications you have created or contributed to, on iOS or Android.
  • Strong refactoring abilities and test automation for mobile applications
  • Strong motivation for complex challenges and learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional-level English spoken and written

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture
  • Experience with both iOS and Android ecosystem and related CI/CD
  • Experience with Firebase for deployment and analytics
