You are responsible for

The Modality Sales Specialist Installed Base (m/f/d) is responsible for the implementation of order intake, sales and margin targets for upgrades & options in the MR/CT product areas in the above region. He/she directly supports the District Manager (m/f/d), Account Manager (m/f/d) and MSS (m/f/d) in all aspects of the MR/CT IB Upgrade Portfolio:

  • Proactive sales approach to our existing customers
  • Realization of sales targets (order intake, sales and price realization) for upgrades, options and software as a service in the areas of MR/CT in the above region
  • Conducting demos of options and upgrades remotely to address the clinical and economic proof points
  • Creation and implementation of concepts for product positioning and marketing of options and upgrades as well as try & buy activation via remote
  • Development and implementation of a remote sales approach for upgrades and options in the above region in collaboration with the Business Sales Leader, Inside Sales Team, IB Manager, CLV Lead, Service and Sales Back Office teams . This also includes the development of new touchpoints with existing customers via social media and e-commerce.
  • Responsible for the creation of configurations in compliance with the given target margins
  • Participation in regular daily management reviews to analyze and evaluate the project and order volume
  • Planning and implementation of internal and external training courses for further education and promotion of the MR/CT upgrade portfolio in cooperation with the sales team
  • Together with the sales team, development and expansion of reference points for upgrades & options, as well as maintenance of existing reference points

In addition, you bring the following professional skills with you:

  • Several years of relevant professional experience as MTA / MTRA / intensive care unit / hospital in the mentioned industry
  • Experience in the field of medical capital goods
  • Very good medical knowledge in the field of radiology, cardiology and/or oncology
  • High customer orientation
  • Have fun in selling and advising from a distance
  • Mobility for business trips / customer assignments within Switzerland
  • Understanding of the economic needs and requirements of our customers and the resulting concepts
  • Excellent knowledge of all new IT and communication tools
  • Confident and confident appearance towards customers and very good communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken French, German and English skills

This position is also suitable for candidates who can develop towards the described job profile within a reasonable amount of time.
