Your field of responsibility


Monitoring & Test (M&T) Lead within a dynamic environment in Wealth Management (WM) Compliance Review team based in Zurich. As an expert you will take over a wide range of duties in WM and Corporate Function divisions. You evaluate the current situation, raise findings, agree actions with the business, draft reports for Senior Management and survey the implementation of the action plans. You develop and amend review and monitoring programs in different Monitoring & Testing areas and can expand your personal expertise and knowledge into different projects and data analytics.

We are a well-educated and highly motived team conducting M&T activities in Switzerland with global oversight of monitoring activities within WM CCO function. Through close cooperation with the specialist units in line or product management you have the chance to build up a strong and sustainable network. We are open for flexible / agile working arrangements.


Your skills and experience
  • You possess a degree either in Law, Finance, or Banking from a university or an equivalent education
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the banking sector, which you have gained within a Compliance, Legal, Audit, or similar function
  • Do you have an independent approach to your work, combined with the ability to quickly identify the relevant compliance considerations in any given situation? Then we are sure you will contribute to the function’s success
  • You demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to the role, together with attention to detail, well-organized joint-up thinking and flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal competences combined with solid communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; any additional languages would be a plus
  • Dedication to open-minded fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
