The MRP BD Coordinator Is Mainly Responsible For
Leading and successfully implementing the BD (one of our major strategic suppliers) Capacity Expansion project within the MRP department, ensuring smooth transitions and uninterrupted supply through efficient Project Management, Planning and Procurement of direct materials, as well as strong collaboration with the different stakeholders, in light of the numerous changes, high capacity constraints and demand fluctuations. He/she will also have to manage the interdependencies with other suppliers/materials and secure a strong BCP.
Be part of a team which optimizes the flow of materials, while considering the plants warehouses capacity and inventory targets in order to eliminate potential disruptions in the storage, storage costs and avoiding material scrap (SLOB) at site level

Apply continuous improvement mindset to accelerate process optimization/streamlining, KPIs enhancement, etc
YOUR Responsibilities & YOUR Impact
- Ensure full coordination and collaboration with the different stakeholders (project team, MPS/DS, Quality, supplier, etc) for the smooth implementation of the BD capacity expansion project, materials phase in-phase out, CoC handling, stock builds, BCP, etc
- Co-Ordinate the development, maintenance, communication and publication of the Materials Requirements Plans to ensure that patient / customer requirements are met in light of the upcoming changes. Convert the output of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and the Detailed Schedule (DS) into material requirements to ensure availability of the right quantity of components to the production lines when needed; communicating the plan to supplier within the agreed lead times.
- Follow up on the MRP plan execution to ensure on time and in quality deliveries. Handle mismatches and complaints related to supplier.
- Responsible for the inventory management of the materials in scope (inventory levels optimization, maintenance of planning parameters, SLOB management and Inventory Destruction Avoidance, etc). Manage materials Phase in-Phase out processes.
- Ensure on time availability of materials for new product launches
- Partner with Global Procurement to drive Supplier performance improvement including quality and on-time delivery.
- Interfaces globally with Supplier Quality (ESIQ), site Quality, Finance and warehouse staff regarding quality issues and materials changes to ensure supply continuity and proper return / disposal / replacement of rejected / defective materials.
- Analysis and reporting maintenance, improvement, and communication to needed platforms (suppliers OTIF, SLOB, stock out, STEM, etc).
- Responsible for handling suppliers related complaints, ensuring efficient implementation and monitoring of corrective actions.
- Responsible for ensuring business continuity plan and efficient crisis management for uninterrupted supply (market unexpected events, etc) in collaboration with the different concerned departments.
- Focuses and encourages continuous improvements (CI) of the process supported.
- Implementation of various digital integration projects (enhancements of existent systems, new systems integration and implementation).
- Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), GMP, and SOX
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in a Supply Chain Management or other related Business discipline is essential.
- Supply Chain Certification is preferred e.g. APICS.
- Lean Certification is a plus
- Project management / FPX (Flawless project execution) certification is a plus
- A minimum of 2-5 years relevant Supply Chain Management experience (Planning, Logistics or Manufacturing) is required.
- Experience in Planning/Purchasing in a multi-national environment.
- Project management experience.
- SAP knowledge
- OMP knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Ability to build strong partnership relationships both at site level and platform level.
- Ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms. Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions.
- Ability to drive & apply continuous process improvement tools and enhancements.
