For our client, Nespresso HQ, we are looking for an immediate onboarding an

Internal Control Specialist

(80%-100%) until March 2022

Main Purpose of Job
  • Set-up and enhance internal controls and compliance for Nespresso entities. Maintain the tools and methodologies to ensure the internal control processes are effective. Identify risks and establish measures to prevent occurrence and/or minimise impact.
  • Evaluate processes and systems (Current and changes) to identify relevant risks and required controls. Guide throughout the development process to ensure those controls are automated as much as possible
  • Define and monitor data driven indicators of potential control gaps, establish and follow actions to demonstrate improvement (E.g Key Risk Indicators)
  • Assess/test the defined and/or missing controls and compliance needs to identify and prevent potential gaps. Pursue the development of efficient controls as well as best practices via collaboration with colleagues and Management from Functions and markets. Ensure agreed controls are reflected in relevant policies, procedures, guidelines
  • Trigger and coordinate localisation, updates and periodic reviews of E2E Risk & Control (R&C) Matrices to reflect organisation, process or system changes
  • Coordinate external audit reviews from the Internal Control perspective
  • Monitor user access KPIs in close collaboration with IT (E.g. High sensitive roles, SoDs, Access Rights) periodically (E.g. monthly), and trigger KPI improvement activities (incl. Role Assignment process)
  • Lead specific internal controls and compliance projects
  • Prior experience in Finance & Control or Control Framework
  • Experience within ERP environments
  • Ability to walk through end to end processes and identify control needs
  • Able to communicate with Corporate and global teams to assess and implement controls
