Network Management (ZRH S/N) is part of the commercial division of SWISS and of Network & Partnership Process (AN). Our main concern is the optimisation of our route network and hub from a commercial perspective.

Tasks

In doing so, we evaluate new routes, frequency increases, but also reductions and suspension or discontinuation of unprofitable routes.

As a member of the Network Management team, you are responsible for the constant optimisation and development of our route network. Your tasks include:

Continuous monitoring of our network performance route by route based on specific KPIs
Screening of market developments, trends and competitor actions
Close coordination within the LHG Network & Partnership process community and other commercial, operational and technical stakeholders
Development of the Network Management processes and the relevant tools
Preparation and evaluation of various management reports and analyses in preparation of decisions

Requirements
Minimum bachelor degree in relevant field, master degree is an asset
First professional experience in network management, revenue management or other relevant fields and strong understanding of commercial aviation industry processes
Analytical abilities and organisational talent
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to travel (mainly to other LHG hubs)
excellent command of English (fluent in speaking and writing); German is an asset
