Your field of responsibility


The mandate of the Non-Financial Risk function is to execute a framework that results in a thorough understanding of the non-financial risk exposure and enables the Wealth Management division to implement its strategy in line with the risk appetite. You will review and challenge risk and control self-assessments, monitor identified key risk exposures for adequate mitigating actions or risk acceptance and inspire improvements to the control environment. You will represent Non-Financial Risk function in incidents reviews for root cause analysis and mitigating actions as well as opine on the non-financial risk exposure and control landscape quality in projects and major change initiatives. You will participate in risk and control meetings and present your conclusions with impact to senior management

Your skills and experience


We are looking for:

  • Completed higher education degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration or similar with 5+ years of professional experience in a non-financial risk or an audit function in a in a wealth management setting
  • Demonstrable analytical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way and with a focus on aspects most relevant to the specific audience
  • A passion for non-financial risk combined with proven issue-solving skills and can-do attitude
  • Strong desire to join an ambitious team, collaborate with colleagues across departments and locations to deliver results by balancing multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), fluent German is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
