For our locations in Baden or Zuzwil, we are looking for an offer project manager to prepare offers for low-voltage switchgear for industries such as hospitals, data centers, pharmaceuticals, etc., as well as charging station infrastructure for bus companies. Your responsibilities

• Coordinating requests for offers and deadlines as well as creating documentation
• Design and description of the main components for an optimal energy distribution according to customer needs
• Support of sales in technical matters (electrical power supply in general, switchgear, etc.)
• Analysis and assessment of inquiries, specifications and tenders from a technical and commercial point of view
• Conducting purchasing negotiations in the offer phase with the support of supply management
• Creation of the offer documentation in the form and number requested by the customer or planner.
• Continuous improvement of the offer process

Your background

• Experience in the field of switchgear construction
• Experience in submission and contract management
• Reliable team player and personality with integrity
• Independent, customer and sales-oriented work
• Very good German as well as good French and English skills are an advantage
