Office Admin role, manage various office functions with specific focus on Salesforce CRM data administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Correcting bounced emails. • Tracking contacts who subscribe and unsubscribe to the newsletter on a monthly basis. • Tracking contacts who open our newsletter email. • Identifying duplicate records/contacts. • Producing lists of contacts to invite to special events. • Providing information on past relations an individual had with the Foundation. • Finding correct contact details about a person the organisation previously met or wants to contact. • Maintaining a list of organisations that have previously rented space with us in the past. • Keeping a personalised list of contacts. • Monitoring the registrations for specific events. • Identifying contacts who could potentially be interested in a specific training programme • Maintaining a list of participants of past training. • etc
