SPINOFRIN is looking for an Office Manager on a permanent basis.

Job description:

As Office Manager, your role will be to provide a pleasant and efficient working environment for the teams and to offer a quality experience to the employees through the working environment. The Office Manager must deliver a real quality of service in the operational management of his or her missions and ensure that these missions are carried out to a high standard.

Your main tasks will be :

  • Administrative management:
  • Management of office life:
  • Support in various administrative procedures (insurance, offices...)
  • Ensure the administrative link with Technofounders (onboarding of new arrivals, help with the annual accounts closing...)
  • Management of mail and parcels
  • Receiving and processing customer orders (telephone, e-mail, ERP invoicing)
  • Ensuring the registration and follow-up of orders, issuing delivery notes and processing invoices
  • Follow up on services and orders relating to cleaning, administrative supplies, office automation and computer equipment
  • Ensuring the proper maintenance of the offices, the security and safety of the premises, and minor maintenance work
  • Maintaining a positive company culture so that everyone feels good about the company
  • Organising or supporting the operational organisation of events (internal or external)

Profile required:

You have a first successful experience in office management, administrative management.

You are fluent in French, English and German.

You have a positive attitude and interpersonal skills that will enable you to create a quality link with the teams.

You are recognised for your professionalism, organisation and operational rigour.

You have a sense of service and enjoy working in a team.
