The Offline Brand Activation Lead is responsible to develop effective content for all offline materials communicating our consumer programs & brand initiatives with the aim of generating consumer engagement, awareness, trial, as well as adoption and bonding for our smoke-free products and at supporting our key cigarettes brands. For the Swiss Market.

You will support the deployment of commercial initiatives by participating in cross-functional project teams and leading all aspects of the development of offline content, working closely with multiple internal departments and external agencies.

In this position you will

∙ Lead offline content development of communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, temporary and/or permanent visibility solutions for Direct/Indirect Retail, point of sale (POS) materials, consumer engagement activities (events) as well as direct mailings for our RRP consumer programs across various offline touchpoints and ensure their implementation and consistency across channels and languages.

∙ Lead offline content development of point of sale (POS) materials as well consumer engagement related activities (promotions) for Marlboro and Chesterfield brands initiatives and ensure their implementation.

∙ Lead the content development process of any commercial initiative retro planning, managing the creative development process with creative & transcreation agencies, alignment with business partners, suppliers & other stakeholders. Manage assigned projects and ensure successful implementation within budget and on schedule.

∙ Build business partner relationships with internal project teams to achieve outstanding content for each commercial initiative. Support project teams in crafting a project brief, participate in defining requirements to achieve business objectives. Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying, and proposing solutions.

∙ Monitor performance of deployed commercial initiatives to recommend optimization based on data and takeaways.

We’re looking for someone with

∙ Relevant experience in Marketing/Brand Management/Communications or similar

∙ Understanding consumer profile, needs and how to adapt brand content to a target audience

∙ Advanced project management skills, excellent organizational and planning skills

∙ Ability to work efficiently and accurately toward multiple deadlines and projects

∙ Result driven, self-motivated, excellent collaboration and communication skills

∙ High attention to details

∙ Ability to quickly adapt to change

∙ Proficient in English with at least one local language as mother tongue (German and/or French and/or Italian)

∙ Analytical skills, experience in understanding data insights is a plus.
