We are an international beauty group looking for an experienced Online Product Owner Manager to help us build and manage a new mainstream online marketplace platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the platform, including marketing, technical development, and ongoing management.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our new online marketplace platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure timely delivery of features and functionality.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement on the platform.
  • Manage ongoing platform operations, including monitoring site performance, identifying and addressing technical issues, and ensuring smooth user experiences.
  • Work closely with external partners, including vendors and service providers, to ensure timely delivery of products and services and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform ongoing platform improvements and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously assess and improve the platform to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing online stores or marketplaces, with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful platform launches and ongoing management.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to work closely with developers and technical teams to drive platform development.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing user data and feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for beauty and fashion industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences in this space.
