We’re looking for an Operations Client Service Specialist for the client segment Bank to:

  • Support them in their day-to-day transactional business in the field of operation securities, income / entitlements, tax and reconciliation
  • Ensure query resolution until completion within agreed service levels and at client satisfaction
  • Commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service
  • Working with different stakeholders to ensure Operational Excellence
  • Coordinating between clients and internal units as well as custodians and external partners
  • Providing support to customers to their daily business by analyzing and identifying issues related to custodial services; managing a resolution process within a defined Service Level Agreement
  • Initiating escalations concerning the non-performance of third parties
Description du profil

  • Degree in business and commerce
  • Previous client service experience within the financial
and securities services industry, preferably in the area of Income/Entitlements
  • Passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products
  • Can-do mentality with proven ability to increase customer satisfaction with a KYC approach and a flair for new technologies such as automation and robotics
  • Comfortable working with internal and external clients
  • Team player
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel / Power Point / Work / Outlook
  • Fluent German and English in spoken and written, French / Italian skills will be an asset
