Learn about our Business Operations in a 12-month rotational program!

Are you eager to start your career in a global company that allows you to learn and develop every day, alongside inspiring people, and where everyone’s contribution is valued? Then you are in the right place.

Through a rotation in different departments, this 12-month graduate program is designed to introduce you to what Operations @ PMI is and to maximize your development.

What you can expect

The objective of the graduate program is to provide you with a holistic understanding of Business Operations @ PMI and to develop your technical and leadership skills.

This 12-month program begins with a comprehensive onboarding, followed by rotational assignments in our Quality and Production departments plus one (among Engineering, Supply Chain, Factory Logistics, etc.).

Throughout the program you will be accompanied by a dedicated Management Team member for coaching and continuous follow-up as well as a buddy to help you with your day-to-day questions. Moreover, you will be provided with a personal development plan as well as a formal evaluation & feedback after each assignment/project.

At the end of the 12-month program, you will have the opportunity to grow in PMI by taking on roles such as Project Engineer, Team Leader or Production Supervisor.

Your profile
  • You have an Engineering or Life Sciences degree (university level or HES) with a maximum of 1.5 years of professional experience
  • You are a motivated person interested in pursuing a career in an international environment

  • You are curious, goal-oriented, and willing to take risks
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and in English (verbal and written)

Our recruitment process

Once you have applied to the position, we will review your application and, if you meet the criteria, you will go through a SHL assessment (psychometric tests) and a video interview. If you are selected, you will be invited on site in September to take part in an assessment center for a hiring date of October/November.
