For our office in Murten, we are looking for an

Operations IT Systems Specialist 100% : Temporary Position

Responsibilities
  • Daily IT end-systems user support used in Production, Operations Technology (OT) and Office
  • Manage every day’s local IT activities (Onsite support) to ensure continuous operation of local IT infrastructure & production processes: office users, hardware and software troubleshooting etc
  • Implement and support local as well as global JE projects related to IT and Business requirements: cybersecurity, migration, new technologies, intellectual property etc
  • Cooperation with other operations IT teams based globally to deliver high quality solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all JE IT policies and standards, including legality of installed software

Requirements
  • Diploma or apprenticeship in IT
  • 3 - 5 years of similar work experience
  • Good understanding of Operations, Production systems and related IT equipments: PLC, End of Line Tester, traceability systems, LAN, PCs (hardware and software) etc
  • Team player, proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to deal with complex, fast-paced environment & rapidly changing critical situations
  • Ability to work in a planned organized manner for projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and spoken
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in either German or French
