Job content

  • Leading deviation investigations (NC’s) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA’s) to ensure the punctual supply of medical devices (STERRAD cassettes) to the worldwide market
  • Support of the production department to ensure compliance with all relevant GMP and safety requirements.
  • Responsible for the timely creation and updating of the production documents (including recipes in SAP system)
  • Track, analyze and create production reports and metrics (KPI’s).
  • Support production projects development and improvements (KAIZEN events) in close cooperation with other departments (AVOR, Planning, Technology & Maintenance, Quality and Logistics)
  • Create and implement change controls
  • Support production audit preparation and the back office during 3rd party inspections and audits (e.g. FDA, Notified bodies or customer audit)
  • Preparation of training for production personnel
  • Investigation and documentation of complaints
  • If necessary, further tasks may have to be performs as part of the assignment
  • Exhibits and leads on the “Fortive 9” core behaviors: Customer obsessed, adaptable, delivers results, strategic, leads with FBS (Fortive Business System), innovates for impact, inspires, shows courage and builds extraordinary teams.
  • Bachelor`s Degree
  • 1 years of professional experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries (the production, packaging or the quality area
  • Experience in execution of NC, CAPA and Change Control is a great advantage
  • Very experienced in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experienced in SAP
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Excellent coordination skills, high learning ability and an open attiude to change
  • Ability to win the cooperation of others
  • Advanced communication skills in German and English (oral and written).

  • LEAN and KAIZEN skills and experiences preferred
  • Presentation skills
