The incumbent works with HRBP, HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, CEO, and other Global Process Owners to generate understanding and use of key tools and processes within Business Unit/Division(s).

The position’s primary customers are internal. Typical internal customers include leadership (including Vice President and Department Managers) and various contacts in multiple geographic areas. The position is challenged to carefully evaluate problems and review a large number of possible solutions before selecting one option. Problems may be complex and can require the incumbent to develop solutions. The incumbent sets priorities and establishes a work plan in order to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve organizational and leadership objectives.

Job Duties Will Include
  • Develop and implement organisational effectiveness, engagement, leadership development and talent management strategies
  • Identify and help develop plans that allow strategic, tactical, and practical integration in the areas of organisational effectiveness, change management, Values in Action, talent management and assessment, and learning & development
  • Develop and provide leadership, counsel and education in areas such as: team/work group interactions & dynamics, individual leadership development planning and general development planning input, new supervisor onboarding, coaching and development, high performance work environment, cultural change initiatives, and employee/career development.
  • Monitor leadership development activities, such as the 360 Feedback system.
  • Serve as primary divisional Organisational Change Management (OCM) lead and partners with Communications Lead to develop and deliver division(s)’ change management plans. Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit/Division HR Manager and Business Unit overall leadership
  • Facilitates development and delivery of employee training and development activities, such as divisional new hire orientations, onboarding activities, employee and leaders’workshop on specific topics for the Division and coaching.
  • Help clarify, measure, and positively influence consistent behaviors needed to achieve desired business initiatives and results.
  • Responsible for career development efforts throughout division(s) and leads deployment of Development plan cycle on an annual basis.
  • Manage divisional Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) process. Collaborate with the shared services organization for the successful administration of division(s)’ EOS.
  • Provide direction and monitor divisional EOS action planning process. Coach supervisors/managers on individual action planning items. Develop/align divisional learning and development activities to support EOS action items.
Basic Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Management experience in a variety of HR roles and responsibilities interfacing with senior leaders
Excellent interpersonal skills are highly desired in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take
  • specific actions.
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills, customer focused, team oriented, organisational skills, people, direction-setting, and process skills
  • Comfortable with presentation and reporting tools
