We Are

Bancor invented the automated market maker (AMM) in 2017 and the innovation has not

stopped. Today, Bancor is the only AMM on the market allowing liquidity providers to maintain

single-asset exposure and protection from impermanent loss while earning yield on their tokens.

In the past year Bancor has grown dramatically in terms of TVL, volume, fees generated for LPs

and the number of core contributors.

Bancor Network contracts are processing upwards of $1 billion dollars of value each week and

the Bancor DAO is one of the two most active in the industry.

Our team is distributed around the world, having developers working remotely anywhere, with

flexible hours.

As a Paid Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end creation of a high-performing demand

generation program. You will help create the paid marketing strategy, including selection and

set-up of marketing architecture and channels, and execution of paid media programs to grow

ROI and drive measurable user growth.

Our ideal candidate for this position will thrive in fast paced environments and can transition

seamlessly between the art and science of paid user acquisition. We are a small team in a fast

growing organization and as such, being able to grow with a high-performance team is critical to

this role.

You Have
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition and marketing
operations
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and track and
optimize campaign performance
  • Curiosity and inclination to experiment
  • Experience marketing to financial audiences
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial
mindset
  • Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, high
intensity and cross-functional dependencies
  • Proven track record of increasing and improving existing demand generation strategies
  • Startup experience a plus

You Will
  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing systems
  • Define and execute on data-driven plans (top down and bottom up) that accelerate
Bancor’s growth among target audiences
  • Execute channel experimentation, audience messaging and paid media spending
  • Implement a marketing automation system (select platform, setup processes, and
integrate with other systems)
  • Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product
optimizations across different channels
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth channels to determine the proper level
of investment
  • Continually track and report on campaign results and metrics, conduct ROI analysis, and
optimize campaign efforts
  • Hire and manage third-party paid marketing agencies as needed
