You as a Specialist PAM Management, will be reporting to the Manager. The base location for this project is Bangalore, India or Cracow, Poland. The mandate is to work closely with application owners, application managers and developers, GRC & SPEX to quickly reduce the risk of external threats.

Your responsibilities

• Workflow automation for onboarding/ off-boarding. PowerShell expertise. Configuration of Privileged Threat Analytics/ Splunk integration
• BeyondTrust Deep Analysis expertise, Application/ OS Platform, on-boarding and management expertise with BeyondTrust. Management and administering of the BeyondTrust tool. Policy and smart rule creation and auditing expertise.
• Configuration of BeyondTrust connectors and perform on-boarding walk-through with various stakeholders.
• Experience in managing endpoints with BeyondTrust. Workstyle management.
• Deployment strategy creation, management, issue identification and remediation.
• Work with global GRC team and their representatives to fulfill compliance & audit requirement. Educate and guide technical teams by conducting sessions with technical SMEs and architects.
• Host discussions, create multiple documentations, hence, strong communication and representable skills PPT, Visio and Email is need
• Work with stakeholders directly and drive low level technical activity till completion

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in IT Operations with 5 years in IAM & PAM technology
• BeyondTrust or other PAM tool certification preferred. Should have good understanding of Privilege Access Management and Directory Services.
• Experience of working on a project where BeyondTrust tool is implemented
• Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with stakeholders at various levels
• Ability to take ownership, Willingness to learn new and emerging technologies and ready to contribute beyond PAM where needed.
