About You

In view of our continued global growth, we are looking to recruit a Paralegal Associate to strengthen our legal and compliance department at our headquarter in Meyrin/Geneva. Reporting to the Head Legal & Compliance, your mission is to ensure an efficient contract management and paralegal support. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage the contract management system: entering contracts into the database, managing the contract life cycle, ensuring the proper functioning of the system, liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure changes and updates to the Contract Life Cycle Management tool are fully documented
  • Provide trainings on the establishment of standard contracts, contract management process, and use of related tools
  • Draft, negotiate and/or review contracts and other legal documents including confidentiality agreements, service agreements, master service agreements, notices of commission, agreements with healthcare professionals, termination letters, amendments and other related contracts
  • Provide legal advice on contractual matters to internal business clients
  • Assist the Head Legal & Compliance in performing corporate housekeeping and implementing compliance processes

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Legal background (ideally, CAS or DAS in Paralegal)
  • At least 3 years of experience as paralegal and/or contract management specialist in a law firm or in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience in reviewing/drafting contracts and in partnering with internal or external stakeholders to provide guidance and implement effective contract management processes
  • IT savviness and proven ability to operate sophisticated contract lifecycle management systems
  • Fluent in English and French (written and oral); fluency in German is a plus
