As Patient Journey Partner (PJP) you are responsible for collecting customer-, as well as ecosystem needs and bringing them back to your cross-functional squad teams in order to leverage opportunities as quickly as possible. Furthermore, with this knowledge, projects that add little value to the customer can be immediately discontinued. You know your market/ecosystem well and increasing the customer experience is in your DNA. With the help of our Roche network, you co-create projects and value adding programs to further enable sustainable partnership with current and future stakeholders. Your responsibilities:You are the primary point of contact and partner of trust for our stakeholders (HCP’s, HCO’s, associations, HCP networks, nurses, etc.) in a defined disease area for innovative products, tests and solutions. As PJP, you bring patient and customer experience into your squad; as a result, together with the team, you overcome hurdles and leverage opportunities as fast as possibleYou observe the entire patient journey - which can include indication, diagnosis, treatment landscape, patient potential, persona, thought leaders, etc.The PJP is able to unlock common interests/needs/objectives with stakeholders and creates together with them, and our Roche network, solutions which benefit patients You steward Roche products, tests and solutions during their entire life cycle, always respecting our compliance guidelines as well as the applicable laws and regulations You ensure an excellent customer experience, when stakeholders get in touch with your Roche colleagues, innovative products and services As PJP you launch and support value adding projects for our different stakeholders mentioned aboveScientific Exchange or product related information/consultation in a lawful (non-promotional), truthful and balanced mannerPull-in medical communication experts for deep/extensive Scientific ExchangeCollaboration with medical functions and cross functional exchange of information and insights to inform medical activitiesYour profile:Several years of pharmaceutical customer engagement experience (3-5 years) with track record of building, maintaining and expanding customer relationships with various stakeholder groups (HCP’s, hospital pharmacists, TAE’s and organizations) SHQA certification and university degree (scientific, economic or business degree)Resilient with the ability to navigate in a very competitive environment Strong business acumen with broad experience (e.g. sales, marketing, medical affairs, customer experience excellence)Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in German or French (depending on the territory) including good English language skills for working effectively within the Roche networkProficient in the use of digital tools and systems (CRM analysis/evaluation and interpretation, account planning, etc.)Experience in matrix-leadership and agile working methods is a plusHave we piqued your interest?
