Your team

Technology & Operations Division is the partner of Wealth Management, Asset Management and Asset Servicing for technological infrastructure, custodian activities and funds administration. The Performance & Web Services team is part of the Reporting Services which provides a broad range of reporting services and regulatory reporting.
Your team produces performance reporting as well as other specific reporting for clients.

Your role

As a member of the web & performance team, you will be responsible for the production of performance analysis reports and will actively participate in the quality control of the data presented. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Set up performance analysis reports, understand client strategies, as well as define portfolio parameters, in partnership with the business lines.
  • Manage the data quality process, monitoring, analysing and correcting data provided by upstream banking systems.
  • Provide Customer support and technical advice with respect to performance and reporting queries.
  • Contribute to projects to improve / streamline work processes and services.
  • Provide back-up support for colleagues in your team in case of need.

Your profile

Hard skills
  • Good knowledge of financial products.
  • Excellent command of French and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office & experience with Access, SQL or VBA .
  • Experience in the banking field, as well as in the techniques of performance: an asset.
  • Practical experience in the production/quality control of banking reports: an asset.
  • Practical experience with performance analysis tools: an asset.
Soft skills
  • Analytical with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Rigorous and methodical with a strong sense of service.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while knowing how to manage priorities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Team player & ability to build good business relationships across functions.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (or equivalent).
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
