THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Performance Analytics Manger to join our Digital team. This is role will implement and maintain Adobe Analytics across multiple channels (website, native apps, hybrid app) and help the Brand team to define KPIs for new projects/enhancements.

The Performance Analytics Manger needs to have a strong knowledge of web analytics from a technical and business point of view.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the process for capture, storage, usage and tracking of online activity from multiple websites.
  • Fully responsible for web analytics needs across the company.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of the digital analytics system by continually monitoring tags, both manually and with automated tools.
  • Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation.
  • Work across different business units (Marketing, Digital, Legal, etc.).
  • Engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meet business requirements.
  • Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experience.
  • Build and customize reports based on business needs.
  • Generate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Provide guidance and keep up to date tagging framework/guidelines and provide QA support.
  • Proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions, working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancements.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • A completed university degree level qualification or similar, preferably within a related subject area.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Adobe Analytics: minimum five years of experience (Adobe certificate is ideal).
  • Adobe Launch: minimum five years of experience (Adobe certificate is ideal).
  • Stakeholder management skills, including strong communication and presentation experience.
  • Experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Analytics for eCommerce (Search, Product detail page, Product listing Page, Checkout).
  • Familiar with Adobe Experience Manger (AEM) components.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team that has a fast-moving and diverse portfolio.
  • Passionate, positive and a willing-to-learn attitude.
  • Experience interfacing between business and implementation units.
  • Understanding and exposure to GDPR and CCPA regulations.
  • Experience with audience settings and targeting.
Desirable:
  • Exposure to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Exposure to Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager integrations.
  • Exposure with One Trust.
  • Exposure on YouTube Analytics integration with Adobe.
  • Exposure on Bazaarvoice integration with Adobe.
  • Exposure to SEO and SEM.
  • Coding experience.
