Capefoxx was founded in 2020 by Thomas Huth, one of the pioneers of relicensed software since 2003, with the mission to optimise the way companies buy, use, and sell software in Europe.

The name “Capefoxx” was conceived during the 2020 lockdown in South Africa, inspired by the native cape fox – an agile and independent animal that uses its cleverness and quiet observation to persist in a challenging and ever-changing environment. In 2021

Capefoxx acquired Relicense, one of Europe’s leading providers of relicensed software, operating since 2008. As of mid-2022, the entire Group is operating under the Capefoxx brand. Capefoxx supports companies throughout the entire software lifecycle,

including consulting on optimising their IT infrastructure, providing

cost-effective relicensed software, and turning unused software into capital.

Tasks

This is how you can contribute to the success of Capefoxx:
  • First and foremost, you will support the owner and current CEO, Thomas Huth, in the organisation, planning, and coordination. As an organisational talent, you will ensure that no deadlines are missed and that the daily routine is structured in the best possible way with a comprehensive and priority-driven agenda management.
  • As a strong implementer, you not only take care of the

day-to-day business independently but also act with foresight and thus relieve Thomas of tasks that are already pending in advance.
  • As a quick-thinking inverter, you also support other management

team members as needed with various demanding assignments, the preparation of presentations and reports in German and English, or through your collaboration in transorganisational projects.
  • As a digital native, you promote the prevailing modern mindset and show your willingness to contribute by bringing your

input to the table, being at the forefront of the introduction of new tools, and actively contributing to a change in thinking.
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute both your strengths and your interests to our company and thus take full

responsibility for topics that particularly excite you.

Requirements
