For a mayor energy producer and supply company with Headquarters in Zug, we are looking for an experienced Management Assisant to give support to the senior executives (CEO and COO).

If you have a passion for organizational work combined with a well-structured way of working, this is the ideal role for you.

Personal Assistant to Senior Management

The main tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Organization of meetings, conferences, events, etc. and arranging and coordinating conference schedules
  • Manage CEO agendas
  • Carrying out travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements and hotel bookings for the department and for visitors as required
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Expense management
  • General administrative duties
  • Process incoming/outgoing telephone calls
Qualifications and requirements:
  • a solid commercial educational background
  • 5 - 7 years of sound experience working as an Assistant on Senior level in an international and multicultural environment
  • fluency in English (corporate language) and German (min. B1), a good understanding of any other language is an asset
  • knowing Zug area to organise tasks
You are:
  • a good team player with an independent, flexible work attitude and discrete behavior
  • efficient and have well organized working skills as well as a good know-how of using MS Office tools
  • able to work in a dynamic, as well as entrepreneurial and performance driven environment
