Tasks

Attached to the Engineering department, your main role will be to support our client on a revamping of the aseptic filling production area (from the design to the installation):

  • Be SME for the users of the new installations by providing support to the plant engineer regarding Aseptic Filling equipment
  • Lead the design, installation, commissioning and qualification of improvements, changes or upgrades to the equipment/plant
  • Ensure proactively that the technical condition of the equipment, systems and installations are appropriate for use, proposing corrective actions and/or improvements to the user in case of weaknesses
  • Lead corrective actions, improvements and modifications
  • Ensure that appropriate safety measures are taken to prevent all risks of injury
  • Participate in internal and external audits as a system expert
Requirements

  • Engineer degree in biotechnology, chemistry, or mechanical engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry linked to process/engineering/manufacturing activities
  • Experience in the C&Q of pharmaceutical facilities, utilities and process equipment (like Process piping & instrumentation of sterile filtration, Freeze dryers, Autoclaves, CIP/SIP, HVAC…)
  • Advanced knowledge and application of cGMP
  • Hands-on profile and team oriented
