Education And Minimum Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or closely related disciplines with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience within the supply chain environment at a plant and global level.


Required Skills And Experience
  • Advanced knowledge / expertise of SAP R/3, or similar ERP & Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior management
  • Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of organization
  • Capability of End-to-End thinking when analyzing problems and resolving project conflicts
  • Flexibility to meet the expectations of management on ad-hoc projects and reporting requests
  • Excellent command of English (both written and oral)


Preferred Skills And Experience
  • APICs (CPIM, CSCP)
  • Knowledge of Rapid Response
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities including long and short-term project
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, using strong collaboration skills

    Responsibilities:

    We are recruiting a Supply Chain planner, who is responsible for meeting inventory targets, maintaining supply to markets and making the most efficient use of site resources for the finished goods packaging of both in-line products as well as new product introductions.He/ she is responsible to maintain the targeted supply to our customers and patients. He/she proactively addresses, mitigates and resolves the current and potential supply issues from short term up to 36 months horizon. He/she works closely with E2E Planners and Product Leads to define, align and support brand strategies (for example: New Product Launch, Network Transfer and Portfolio Optimization). As part of Global Supply Chain Management Organization, he/she also works under our Global Operating Model and optimize supply chain metrics.

    Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Own the global supply plan for Finished Goods (up to 36-months-horizon)
    • Monitor and Resolve Exception Management through Rapid Response
    • Manage Purchase Order/Stock transfer orders (Management)
    • Adhere to Escalation Management: Information flow and escalation in Tier process, using team huddles and SCEM (Supply Chain Exception Management tool)
    • Participate and representing his/her portfolio in Integrated Business Process for example Site Supply Review, Global Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation, Demand Review and Value Chain Management Meeting
    • Allocation Management in case of unbalancing situation between Demand and Supply
    • Maintain the Master Data and Planning Parameters accuracy for Inventory Management / Reporting
    • Support in continuous improvement projects and other strategic project execution
    • Supporting Event Management in case of supply at risk
