As
Pharmacovigilance (PV) Operations Manager (80-100%)you will work at Roche Pharma (Switzerland) AG, the Swiss affiliate of the Roche Group based in Basel-Stadt. We are a team of ca. 180 employees and work every day to make our innovative medicines and services available for patients in Switzerland. In an open, meaningful and familiar working environment, we solve a wide range of challenges and are an important partner in the Swiss healthcare system.


As
PV Operations Manager you are responsible for all operational pharmacovigilance activities, PV oversight as well as inspection/audit readiness.


Your main tasks:

  • Triage and follow-up of Individual Case Safety Reports in close collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Ensure & perform high quality submissions to Swissmedic
  • Responsible for all local operational PV activities in close collaboration with PV hub as applicable
  • Continuous improvement of PV processes and alignment with internal & external guidances
  • Exchange with Roche Global and other affiliates on PV activities as well as contribution to global and local projects


Your requirements:

  • Medical Relevant degree (e.g. MD or Pharmacist) preferred, alternatively PhD or Master Degree in life sciences
  • Prior experience in Pharmacovigilance preferred
  • High degree of motivation and agility to work effectively within complex team structures
  • Committed to customer centricity, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in German and English; French would be an advantage
