Mainly for our Industry Products Group (IPG), we are looking for a Planning & Customer Service Agent (w/m) in Murten, who would maintain the customer relationship for the injection and stamping parts delivered to JE internal as well as external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure on-time deliveries to internal/external customer orders and shipments schedule
  • Planning & coordinating the production components (injection, stamping and galvanic parts) using the ERP system
  • Coordination with the customers all over the world
  • Reception, acknowledgement and order processing of customer orders
  • Close customer contact regarding customer orders, delivery dates, lead times, packaging, invoices
  • Responsible for the stock level of Murten IPG components
  • Represent logistics and customers’ demands and interests in case of quality or production issue
  • Communicate with quality services (internal quality, supplier quality, customer quality) in case of quality issue

Requirements
  • EFZ in commercial (KV) or similar is a must, Federal Matura would be a plus as well as experience in Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Good knowledge of planning and stock management technics (in Stamping is an asset)
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in the similar field in the logistics department in industrial environment
  • Excellent communication skills & problem-solving abilities with internal and external partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German is a must
  • Good oral and written communication skills in French would be a plus
  • Strong ability to work in team as well as independently
  • Quick learner, rigorous
  • Good sense of anticipation as well as reaction skills
