We are looking for you

• Currently studying for your Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer & Data Sciences or Life Sciences, business administration
• Have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner.
• Sound analytical, modelling, critical end to end thinking
• Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, process optimization and planning.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite and Power BI
• Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset.
  

You will join a team which is in Cube, PMI’s research and development center located in Neuchâtel. Our mission is to drives efficiency, standardization and continuous improvement by governing key processes We seek to optimize ways of working by establishing robust processes, reporting, systems and tools.

Roles & Objectives

Oversee the related processes and support to ensure standards in execution and Ways of Working. Ensure alignment with supporting functions as part of the project-based organization for process optimization.

You will work on opportunities to enhance efficiency on processes, planning time. Develop plans to implement changes with your stakeholders by leading best-practice sharing between functions.

As a change agent to ensure the organization and project teams follow the principles on identified improvement opportunities.
